EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND

At The Frontal Queen, we’re all about serving you the best vibes and products that keep you slayed. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges .


Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products (like skincare, lace melting sprays, wax sticks, etc.) are not eligible for returns or refunds. To start a return, hit us up at hello@thefrontalqueen.com with your order info and reason. We'll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are on the customer unless the return is due to a TFQ error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).


Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake. Sale items and gift sets are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges We don’t offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you want a different product, please return the original (following the return guidelines) and place a new order. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us ASAP, and we’ll send you the right one without extra charge.


Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


Custom or Limited-Edition Items Custom, personalized, or limited-edition products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
