FAQs

What is the difference between a frontal and a closure?

A frontal is a lace piece that goes from ear to ear and is sewn with approximately 2-5 bundles of hair.It is larger than a closure and is around 13X4 in inches in size.A lace frontal will give your sew-in a more natural look.Unlike a closure, you can be more diverse and wear a middle, side, or three part style. The frontal can be worn in different styles. A frontal is NOT a wig.

A closure is a lace piece that is different from a frontal because it does not cover your head from temple to temple. Instead, closures are installed in the “horseshoe” area of the head to close off the style, hence the name closure. Instead of blending your own natural hair, wearing a closure gives you the option to finish off your style with a piece that will match perfectly to the weave itself. Since your own hair will be protected underneath, you will have the benefits of keeping your own hair healthy (no heat), while flawlessly completing your style.

What is the difference between THINLACE and INVISILACE?

The main difference is  in the texture and thickness of the lace. Invisilace is the THINNEST kind of lace and is suitable for all skin tones after tinting. It is lace that melts into your skin to give the most realistic installs. Thinlace is a step below invisilace. It is a slightly thicker Swiss lace that can be used for both glued and glueless installs. Available in transparent and light brown color.
